At ASTA Organics, we are committed to delivering your premium astaxanthin supplements safely and efficiently. Please review our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.
Order Processing
All orders are typically dispatched within 24 hours of placement, excluding weekends and public holidays. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be dispatched on the next business day.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information (where available).
Shipping Timeframes
United Kingdom
- Estimated Delivery: 6-10 business days
Worldwide/International
- Estimated Delivery: 7-14 business days

Shipping Carriers
We partner with reputable courier services to ensure your order reaches you safely. The specific carrier used may vary depending on your location and product availability.
Tracking Information
Where available, tracking information will be provided in your shipping confirmation email. Please allow 24-48 hours after dispatch for tracking information to become active in the carrier's system.
Delivery Responsibility
Third-Party Carriers
ASTA Organics uses third-party courier services for all deliveries. While we take every measure to ensure smooth delivery of our goods, there are circumstances that are still outside of our control.
ASTA Organics is not liable for:
- Delays caused by courier services
- Delays due to customs clearance
- Delays caused by weather conditions, natural disasters, or force majeure events
- Packages lost or damaged by third-party postal carriers
- Incorrect delivery due to errors made by the carrier
- Failed delivery attempts due to recipient unavailability
Your Responsibility
You are responsible for:
- Providing an accurate and complete shipping address
- Being available to receive the package or arranging alternative delivery
- Checking tracking information for delivery updates
- Contacting the courier directly for delivery-related inquiries
Shipping Address
Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete. ASTA Organics is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
Address requirements:
- Full recipient name
- Complete street address (including apartment/unit number if applicable)
- City/Town
- Postal/ZIP code
- Country
- Contact phone number (recommended for international orders)
If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for reshipping costs.
International Shipping
Customs and Import Duties
For international orders, you may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees imposed by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our product or shipping prices.
Please note:
- ASTA Organics has no control over these charges
- We cannot predict what these charges may be
- Customs policies vary by country
- You are responsible for paying any customs fees upon delivery
Customs Delays
International shipments may experience delays due to customs processing. These delays are beyond our control and can vary significantly depending on the destination country.
Refused Customs Payment
If customs payment is refused and your order is returned to ASTA, you will receive a refund once the order is tracked as "Returned to Sender," minus 15% of the order value to cover shipping and handling fees.
Delivery Issues
Non-Delivery or Lost Packages
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe:
- Check your tracking information (if provided)
- Contact the courier service directly using the tracking number
- Check with neighbors or building management if applicable
- Wait an additional 3-5 business days as packages may still arrive
If your package is confirmed lost by the courier, please contact us at hello@astaorganics.com with your order number and tracking information. We will investigate and work to resolve the issue.
Damaged Packages
If you receive a damaged package, please:
- Take photos of the damaged packaging and product
- Contact us at hello@astaorganics.com within 7 days of delivery
- Provide your order number, tracking information, and photos
- Include a photo of the bottle's batch number & expiry date
We will review your case and offer a replacement or refund depending on the circumstances and stock availability.
Incorrect Items
If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us at hello@astaorganics.com within 7 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Photo of the item received
- Description of the error
We will send the correct item at no additional cost.
Refused or Undeliverable Packages
Refused Delivery
If you refuse delivery of your order, you will receive a refund once the order is tracked as "Returned to Sender," minus 15% of the order value to cover shipping and handling fees.
Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to:
- Incorrect address provided by customer
- Multiple failed delivery attempts with no response
- Refusal to pay customs fees
- Package refused by recipient
You will receive a refund once the order is tracked as "Returned to Sender," minus 15% of the order value to cover shipping and handling fees.
Order Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled before tracking information has been issued. Once an order has been dispatched or tracking has been shared, we are unable to cancel the order.
To request a cancellation, please email hello@astaorganics.com immediately with your order number.
Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship to most countries worldwide. However, we may be unable to ship to certain regions due to:
- Legal restrictions on dietary supplements
- Shipping carrier limitations
- Import/export regulations
If we cannot ship to your location, we will notify you and issue a full refund.
Free Shipping Offers
From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions. Terms and conditions will be clearly stated during checkout. Free shipping offers:
- May have minimum order value requirements
- May be limited to specific regions
- Cannot be combined with other discounts unless stated
- Are subject to the same delivery timeframes
Subscription Shipping
Subscription orders follow the same shipping policy as one-time orders. Each subscription shipment will be dispatched according to your selected frequency and will include tracking information where available.
