Return and Refund Policy

At ASTA Organics, customer safety and product integrity are our top priorities. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.
Return Eligibility
We do not accept returns on any products.
Due to stringent hygiene and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns of foods and perishable goods such as our supplements unless we explicitly make a request for the return. In the event that we do, it is to assist us in our efforts to continuously improve on the quality of our products.
Our astaxanthin supplements are classified as ingestible health products that:
- Are consumed directly by the body
- Require strict quality control and storage conditions
- Cannot be safely resold once they have left our controlled facility
- Must maintain an unbroken chain of custody to ensure potency and safety
Once a supplement leaves our facility, we cannot verify its storage conditions, handling, or whether the seal has been compromised. For the health and safety of all our customers, returns of opened or unopened items are not permitted.
Refund Options
Full Refund: Eligible refunds (as outlined in the Damaged or Incorrect Items section below) will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or card issuer.
Chargeback Policy
In the event of a chargeback being raised for any transaction, the refund process will be immediately placed on hold while the case enters a formal dispute resolution process. This is to comply with banking and payment network protocols and to prevent duplication of refunds.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
We take every measure to ensure smooth delivery of our goods. That said, there are circumstances that are still outside of our control. ASTA Organics is not liable for any goods lost or damaged by third-party postal carriers.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please email our customer support team at hello@astaorganics.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
Please provide:
- Clear photos of the damaged item
- Photo of the bottle's batch number & expiry date
- A photo of the shipping label
- A picture of the overall packaging (if possible)
- Your order ID
Once reviewed and approved, we will offer a replacement or refund, depending on customer preference and stock availability.
If ASTA Organics decides to issue a refund, credit will be applied to your original mode of payment. If we are replacing the product, we may request that you safely destroy the contents of the bottle to ensure, for your safety and of those around you, that the compromised contents are not consumed.
Order Processing and Dispatch
All orders are typically dispatched within 24 hours of placement, excluding weekends and public holidays. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be dispatched on the next business day.
Delivery Timeframe
Orders typically arrive within 6-10 business days within the UK. Please allow this time before contacting us about delivery.
Order Cancellation Policy
Orders can only be cancelled before tracking information has been issued. Once an order has been dispatched or tracking has been shared, we are unable to cancel the order.
To request a cancellation, please email hello@astaorganics.com immediately with your order number.
Refused Delivery or Returned Orders
If delivery is refused or your order is returned to ASTA, you will receive a refund once the order is tracked as "Returned to Sender," minus 15% of the order value to cover shipping and handling fees.
Customs and International Orders
If customs payment is refused and your order is returned to ASTA, you will receive a refund once the order is tracked as "Returned to Sender," minus 15% of the order value to cover shipping and handling fees.
Subscription Services
ASTA Organics offers subscription services for your convenience. To ensure clarity and a smooth experience, our subscription cancellation policy is as follows:
Notification Period
Customers must request a subscription cancellation at least 14 days prior to their next billing cycle.
How to Cancel
All cancellation requests must be submitted via email to hello@astaorganics.com.
Please include:
- Your full name
- Subscription ID
- Reason for cancellation (optional)
Refund Eligibility
Cancellations made within 14 days of the next billing cycle will take effect in the following cycle and may not be eligible for a refund.
Automatic Renewals
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled in accordance with the 14-day policy. Customers are responsible for managing their subscription status.
Refusal of Service
In rare circumstances, we may evaluate a customer's account, purchase, refund, and return history, and retain the right to refuse services and/or prevent a customer from placing orders with us in the future without providing further details regarding our decision.
This policy helps us maintain a fair and sustainable business while protecting genuine customers.
